Executive Chef Nipon Senkaewsai has studied at the most renowned cookery institutes in Thailand, where he trained in Thai and international cuisines, fruit and vegetable carving, and desert and decoration.

He then went on to hone his skills in various restaurants throughout Thailand before courted by his childhood friend to start up their own restaurant called Celebrate. Nippon has gained many awards throughout his career, winning cooking contests at both culinary institute (Rajabhat Institute) and TV programmes such as the Thai version of the Iron Chef. He is a tireless innovator of Thai food, fusing foreign influences and introducing unexpected ingredients to classic dishes to create a new and truly unique dining experience.
Cheowcharn Muktana-Anant is a restaurateur whose first collaboration with chef Nipon is a restaurant in their hometown in northeast of Thailand called Celebrate. The restaurant offers a mixture of Thai fine dining and western-influenced dishes that was pioneering and an audacious move in a city that was more familiar with street food and noodle joints.

Cheowcharn’s London ventures are a continuation of idea underlying Celebrate to use only top quality ingredients and place them in the hands of a chef of the caliber of chef Nipon.  This belief in quality and constant innovation has proved a winning recipe as illustrated by his restaurants being awarded the Thai select award and being listed consistently in both Time Out and Michelin Guide.
